Just go to Wendy's and get a hand full of the ketchup cups they work just fine :-)

i get mine from a local restaurant supply house. pretty cheap and there are alot of them in the package.

I wasn't really looking for the cups, I was looking for a display container that holds them neatly on the counter.

The picture Neon showed looks very nice, so I would contact the distributor he is using (or get Neon to make you a nice custom made one :-))

Yes, but I charge a pretty large fee for delivery to the Netherlands.
