This online travel agency is definitely a multi-level marketing company. For anyone that is not familiar with how it works, these are companies like Amway, that you sign people up to use the services and you make a commission on what they use and on the people they sign up, and so on.

Since notanlines was asking you to sign up through her, she would profit from anything that you use or sell. Therefore this is spam. That is much different than passing on something that worked great for her and just wanting to help you out.
