hey mods im trying to upload some pics on my salon to my gallery, i keep getting an error message? how can i fix this

Save them as a GIF before uploading and it will work

where do i save it as a gif before uploading?

Open the picture and at the bottom you see the copy to
when you do that you can save as and the box below it will ask the file type

the server we are on now is has a retarted configuration (i.e. i did it) and jpeg module is screwed. ill fix it eventualy.

open the picture you want to change to gif and at the bottom of the pic you can see two selections to the right of the X click on that and a box will open like the example above
