Do you all think that decorating produces more business/sales? All my employees want to decorate and I keep telling them I'm not spending the money. We look festive enough w/o any extra decorations....

We put up a small tree, maybe some lights around the counter or something. Just make it more cozy and homey.

I honestly do think they create more sales. I always try to base things on how I shop. When I'm put in the mood, I spend. Nowadays the holidays are designed to put you in the mood to spend money.

I put up a tree, with sample packettes as ornaments and whoever buys a package or gift card etc, gets to pick whatever packette they want off my tree, and I also put some coupons on there.
