Heres the deal my fellow colleagues. The statistic show Americans in "general" are lazy and if you are asking them to do "homework" or leg work or "think work" we are fighting a battle that is increasing in strength. Thanks to TV and other media we are being conditioned NOT to think for ourselves and draw conclusion based on fact, its a lot easier for "someone" else to do it. Regardless what the outcome maybe. The media helps out the advertiser $ to tell the "Their Truth and noting but THEIR truth.."

So..once we can find a cure for "Laziness" Well...

Sorry Kinda frustrated.... and disappointed :(

Curves is anti-tanning? The Curves in my town has 3 tanning beds!

In the summer issue of their mag, they stated "The next time you get the urge to tan, grab a friend and go to Curves instead." And from what I understand, Curves establishments are not supposed to have tanning beds in them. *shrug*

Hi I had to respond when I seen this posted. I have chemical depression that I have taken medication for. It helped somewhat, as much as it was going to.
I went to the doctor about acne help and he suggested tanning beds to help clear it.
Well, it not only cleared the acne (althoughI am sure some will say it doesn't) but once I started tanning the relaxation I was looking for, I discovered. The heat , light, and solitude helped my self esteem-- and my looks actually improved. (Maybe just in my head, but so what?).
I have gone all summer pretty much and will continue to go all thru the winter as well. That woman's mag was full of crap! If it could help someone with clinical depression, such as me, why not for people that have the winter blues?
I will write to them as well to show my support for something that has personally helped my life.

Some of the Curves in SC have tanning beds also.
