How about you ask about that issue now, we refunded the customer the cost to fix the unit since the freight company didn't come through. When something is damage and you file a claim the freight company legally has up to 120 days to respond and issue the credit or deny the claim. After the claim was denied we stood our ground and gave the customer some money back to make him happy and hopefully will buy from us again.

I think only having two complaints in the last year is pretty good.. considering all the people dustin deals with.

I've read two complaints of Dustin in the last two years I've been active ion this site. For as much volume as he/his company moves I'd say thats pretty dam good. You are not going to please 100% of the people All the time so 2 complaints aint that bad. You never hear the good things, always the bad.

Dustin, on that note thank you for the help you have given me with my bed search.

You know we sell over 30+ beds a month and you never hear about the good equipment/transaction, just the problems. We do our best to make every customer happy and if there are problems/issues we work with you to make you satisfied
