opinion on salon software

I am opening a tanning salon soon, my first one and would like everybody's opinion on software. The salonxpert software seems to be easy to use, any opinions on this brand? Thanks for any input.:)

Lots of thread on this already. Try searching.

When I asked about Salon Xpert not ONE person had anything good to say about it. I really liked the demo and was leaning towards it but then after I asked I decided no way.

I've used Helios since 1998, I'm stuck on V 9.4 and lovin' every minute of it.

I have been using suntouch since 1996. I thought about helios several times, but I never saw the need. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

helios was WAY too complicated for me. Maybe because I was so use to Suntouch which is VERY user friendly

Helios complicated? Well maybe the newers versions, but every program takes time to get used to. Especially if you are coming from another one.

It should be simple. With button to click to tan someone. You shouldn't have to go to services, scroll through all your packages just to tan someone.

Agreed. I went with TanTrack. I like nice obvious things to click.
