Re: opinion on salon software

Sun Touch is easy to work with as long as there are no problems. After multiple calls to support, we decided to wait and talk to support at the Nashville show this past year. We took reports to show them what was going on. After a meeting of the minds, they had no answer but would get one after the show. We have yet to hear from them. I am not kidding. Thank goodness my husband has been able to figure out the glitches to keep us going. We are shopping for new software and hope to make a decision in Nashville this year.

Re: opinion on salon software

u know i agree with neon beach on helios. it took me one day to figure out everything. learning the codes are easy as long as they are put in right. for example if a VIP comes in and wants to tan our code is TV (tan on vip) how simple is that. if you don't make it hard its not hard. also if 16, 17, and 18 year olds can get it its not hard.

Not saying anybodys stupid for not understanding helios because everybody learns different and grasps things different but helios isn't hard and personally i don't want to stare at a bunch of bright cartoonist colors all day hurts my eyes.

It's even simpler to hit the Tan button.

Just get all the demos and try them all. I did it and home and tried them all over a couple of months. Then you'll have a feel for whatever one you choose when it's time to set it up at the salon.
