Huh? I've used Helio for 8 yrs. and never had to call for support. Tan Track does the job and it's cute.

Well, see, being a genius comes in handy!

I also chose not to got with Helios because there were SO many threads with people asking for help and having problems.

Maybe because they didn't wanna take the time to figure it out themselves. Helios is not difficult at all, I don't think any of them are.

A lot of salons call for help when they have a lamp out, or a bed won't start because it got unplugged. ~shrug~
