I tried a trial version of tantrack and found it to be a pain, but then, as I mentioned above it's more difficult to learn when you are so used to another program. IMO Tan Track was not user friendly.

Helios can be complicated if it is setup incorrectly. We eliminted the possibility of setting it up wrong with our newest version called Centrix. We added a 2x2 oversized "TAN" key. It is a quantum step that makes Helios far easier then any other product on the market. I will be glad to show just how easy it really is!

Right....You have to be a real "Rocket Scientist" to work with Tantrack!

I guess that explains why you aren't using it?

Why should I when Helios V9.4 does the job. I'm not one of those who has to have a new version of something just cause it's the new version. I'm sure Tan Track is very nice if it's the first tanning software you learned. Kinda of cartoonish mind you, but nice.

cartoonish? hmp! well, i have to say that we love TAN TRACK! i tried the demo of helios and didn't like it, but that is just me! i am with sandi on this, tan track is "nice and obvious". i will give you this though... there may be something to the whole cartoonish thing after all. it is so easy to use that my 9 year old picked up on it before my husband did and she is now running the joint! Here is my sales pitch for it, "if a 9 year old can do it then so can YOU".

I really didn't understand why it was necessary to have a sales code for everything in Helios.

I love Suntouch because with just a couple of clicks of the mouse (or a few touches of my touch screen monitor..hehe) I can have somebody in a bed.

Trying to setup Helios was a nightmare. Of course they could do it for you....for a SMALL fee
