Question Need Help with ETS bed

I also posted this in the equipment forum but thought more people might see it here.

My 1999 ETS ZX32/3 is down. Pretty much isolated it to the timer board. ETS says they are out of production and if they can get one it will take minimum 90 days and 1K. Anybody know any other options?

Re: Need Help with ETS bed

Pam, do you have an alarm going off when you try to start the bed? What is is doing if anything. These time brains are expensive and normally you need to match them with the key pad. You may want to call Jeff at Heartland Tan Systems his number is 800-999-8266 ext 232. He may have some. ETS is always out of them. If you are getting an alarm, see what the code is on the key pad. I will be gone all day today but will try to answer any questions on Thursday. Thanks,

Re: Need Help with ETS bed

Yeah, I know ETS. That is what I started with. I have replace all of them except that one and actually clients love it.

Yes, Sarge. The lamps come on. The facials come on and after about 3-5 seconds everything goes off and I get a siren. Er 4 shows on display...which the book says means that the bench lamps are not on but they are. The tech at ETS suggest trying a contact first so we ordered one.

Re: Need Help with ETS bed

Heartland does not have them either right now according to their reps. Jeff is out of town right now but I will ask him when he gets back!
