Ya, this is a much different case but in the world of sue happy people my point was just be careful what you say and who you say it to.

employee theft, no matter what the theft was or is, is a felony....and she admitted to it. she is dumb. REAL DUMB>

I'm not 100% positive about this but I believe that since you accepted restitution from this employee there is nothing more that you can do. You should have left it up to the courts. I don't have any idea why the employee thinks they have a wrongful termination suit. That is just crazy!
