Pretty Mad

I went to my salon about 45 minutes ago around 7:20, about the usual time I go at night, and my salon takes their last customer at 8:45, so i went there tonight and before i could even fully walk in the salon, the employee yells "Were closing right now, we just took our last customer cuz the beds are all full... WTF?!?!?! BUT UR SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN FOR ANOTHER HOUR!!!! WOW I WAS PRETTY MAD.... she just probably wanted to go home..... stupid lady.... Does anyone else do this? close like a few hours earlier, just becuase the beds are full? And they just lost a package sale AND a lotion sale from me tonight...... dumb people..... Just me ranting.....

Lol, it wasnt the owner/manager, she was only like 18..... The manager is like 30 something..... she types REALLY loud, slams her fingers on the keys... lol, just thought i would slip that in. But yah, next time i see the manager, i will be sure to tell her. But she doesnt work that often....

Sounds like she SHOULD work more often. I would definitely tell the owner.

I found out a week after Dec. 24th, that my employee closed 3 hours early, cause she had things to do!! Talk about Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrr.

We caught one of my girls doing the same thing. We fired her. Definately tell the manager/owner!

Same here... I fired a woman for doing that when we first opened. I'm sorry my business doesn't fit into your schedule..... Get the **** Out!

LOL, DC, but i rarely see the manger or the owner.... and so it is really hard for me to catch her..... and another thing that ****** me off tonight is that i just ran out of lotion yesterday so i asked for a bronzer lotion, preferably sex pot cuz i tried i sample the other day it was great, but that is besides the point, and they didnt have ANY bronzer samples just a few tingles samples left. Cuz what they do for a sample is take a Full bottle of that lotion and squirt it into a little SOLO plastic cup and there ya go.... So they dont have sample packets or anything... wow i was kinda mad, again, and one of the employees were talking on her cell phone and i had to wait for her to get off. So basically, i couldnt go tonight either. Their customer service sucks really bad, but the beds are the best i have ever used and so i dont really wanna switch to another salon, but then again i do.....
