Help with this promotion!! ASAP!

Hey all. I need help with this promotion asap.

I took advantage of an advertising oppertunity where I will have an ad placed on tables in a restuarant for 2 years. They look really good. The ad is actually *inlaid* into the table with a coating over it.

Tomorrow night (thursday), they are throwing a "release party" for all the business that took out ads on the tables. I have th oppertunity to tell people about my business and hand out brochures and coupons....... what do you think I should do. I am definatly doing the brochures and was thinking of doing a coupon for a free tan w/ purchase of a package and so forth. But I would put an expiration date on it of like 1 month to use it. Does anyone have any other ideas?

You could hand out business cards with a referral on the back so anyone who refers somebody to you they get a free tan or whatever your promo is.

are these for placemats> I elarned my leson with that.. I hope its in a good are a with alot of traffic? Other than that you should do a business card type of promotion ..with an offer and a expiration date...

Oh my NO!! These are not place mat ads. I have learned my lesson with those too!!

This ad is actually IN the table...... like INSIDE the wood of the table and then there is like a laquer over top of them. They are really nice.

When I do a promotion I usually try to use regular Tan Package prices because thats the main part of your business but then a coupon for something like 50% off lotion with a package purchase. This is good for 3 reasons. Number one it sounds like an awesome deal. Number 2 it helps sell lotion to people who normally wouldnt buy it at all, but its too good to pass up. Number 3 those same people who normally wouldnt buy them will get used to it and realize that it feels better to tan with lotion and then are more likely to purchase lotion again in the future.

id hate to say it but its going to probally do the same thing as the placemat adds..... nothing! i also recommend giving out the referall cards.......good luck

In December, I ran a special........Buy a month of tanning and get 40% off a bottle of lotion. I agree with tropicaltans!
