How do I stop the daily status email updates....

been getting like 30 a night. Same update every night.

Are you referring to the daily thread updates? If so, you can turn them off under UserCP, Edit Options. There's a section titled "Default Thread Subscription Mode." Set it to "Do Not Subscribe" and it should fix it for new threads. Then toward the bottom left you should see an option to view your subscriptions. You can unsubscribe from the ones you are already subscribed to there.

Or, if you are referring to the updates from the FOR Sale forum, I understand you have to follow the link and mark the item as sold. Even if you didn't post anything for sale, it seems to be responding to all posts there.
