Soltron distributor?

I was just wondering if anybody had problems with a Soltron distributor in Ohio or Kentucky I have been hearing some nightmare stories about service ect.. I was looking at purchasing soltron equipment until I heard of this.

Soltron service is very poor indeed. There is an extremely slow response to take care of items that should be warantee covered, let alone anything else. They just simply ignore your request and when you ask about it, they tell you that the request for warantee has been denied. Most of my problem lies in the fact that I am in Wisconsin and my distributor is in Florida. I am very close to Minnesota, but their rules for distributor servicing of territories won't allow me service out of Minneapolis, just 70 miles away. My equipment is new, but I pray everyday that I don't have any major problems that require that I be down. So far, I haven't had any.
