Hey all, just wanted to let you know if you're thinking of Insurtec for tanning insurance....stay away from them. I lost my salon in February due to a fire that wasn't my fault. It's now October and the claim still isn't settled. I have a policy for "Loss Income" and my income/sales were both proven by my attorney & accountant, that I have EXCEEDED the maximum amount on the policy of $12500 and the company only wants to pay $5600 for more than 8 months of lost income. Can you imagine?
Plus they will not pay for all the inventory because I can not provide all the receipts....well it was a total loss due to a FIRE. Avoid this insurance company. Spend a few extra bucks and go elsewhere. |

You should be able to contact all the vendors & have them duplicate the receipts. Good Luck.
