UWE Tropical 32 HP Facial Lamp problems

We just took over a salon that has a UWE Tropical 32. The Highpressure facials do not always come on. Sometimes one will light sometimes the other. If we turn the facial switch off while the session has started they may or may not come on. Sometimes the right, maybe the left, maybe both or none. Kind of frustrating, the manual is lame on troubleshooting.
I suspect that the starters are bad, any other suggestions? We have it connected to a T-Max 3A now it had the same problem when we had an old FST system, so it is probably not the facial setting on the T-Max 3A.

I had the same issue once. Turned out it was bad lamps from the mfr. Get some new lamps in and replace both of the old ones and see if that fixes the problem. Generally, a lamp will not light at all if the ignitor is bad. Good luck.

ROFLMAO. Are you kidding? I don't stock anything!! That would be too easy. For you. Geesh. Did you change those lamps out yet? You've got another bed like that one with working lamps I presume.
