It looks like a five card draw hand I'd throw away. Maybe fifteen grand in beds if you had to sell them tomorrow. But you're somewhere in Florida right? May not make a bit of difference, Go for it, Tony! Badda Bing!! Welcome to the family paisano!

How close are you to the beach? Can you overinsure the property, especially flood insurance? Will you have enough money in the bank to survive until your first flood?

No? Then run for the hills!

Listen to Sir Jim. He's a very smart man when it comes to the "entire" indoor tanning landscape that is the "biz", and is "honest" as the day is long during the summer in Alaska. Good luck.

You have, arguably, two low level base beds (the Amerisun and 2601), then a Level 2 bed (the Ergo 240), but it does NOT have facials and one of your Level 1 does so that is goofy. And then your "big bed" is the stand-up, and most people do NOT prefer to standup when they tan.

I wouldn't take it over if handed to me free. In the back of a hair or nail salon or something, maybe, but not as a stand-alone tanning salon.
