Does anyone know where I can get free "Tanning Industry Profile" information, size, growth rates, number of salons, and ... I need an open and independent source for attribution.

Look, can I be honest with you? Whatever data you find out there, it won' matter a lick 3 mos into the biz. Real money is real hard to come by. Some folks gotta lose everything before other folks make anything out here. It's a war of attrition at this point, and trust me, you will have noallies, regardless of what people may tell you, no matter what their position is on the field. (What? And of course, London. I was in London the day of the 7/7 bombing. Bummer. Ruined my day as the tube (subway) and the buses (eg all public transportation) were shut down. Only cabs were running and all of London was fleeing. But, those Brits bounced back, stiff upper lip, you know, and I had a great time. Some Brits held a dinner in my honor there where we drank auctionable wine. One bottle was worth $2200! :eek! That didn't suck...

Nice windows...Are those disco lights on the ceiling? Very retro looking. Are you sure theis is a new Salon? Or a long lost place in time?
