Sublease Agreement

I am in need of a standard sublease agreement that can be used for Manicurist and Hair Stylist leasing space from me. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can help. Thanks!

This is someting you should have an attorney for. Does your lease allow you to sublease? Most don't unless you negotiated for it.

I have worked this out with the LandLoard and know the people I will have in there so I am not concerned too much about the legal issues. Just looking for something basic on writing - Term, amount, due dates, etc.. I am even considering just typing something up myself. What do you think?
