How do I put photos in my profile/photo gallery?

I'm somewhat computer literate but I just can't seem figure this one out......hmmmm....

I see. Usually when there is a problem, it is because the image you are trying to upload into your gallery is not in the proper format. They must be either .gif or .jpg. And the total file size is limited to 250k. If you know how to attach a file to an email, you can upload to the gallery unless the above citeria isn't being met.
