Help...I need to remove a posting from 6/15

I have just been notified that I am being threatened to get sued because of my posting on the Open Forum at 2005-06-15 11:35:00....gross, right? I need to remove it immediately. Please contact me as to how I can do that! Thanks!

Why, what could have said or done so wrong to be sued???? Someone needs to help ....I do not know how or I would, considering the situtation.

I moderated the initial post yesterday, but I see the entire thread is indeed in the Trash.
