We just got our HVLP system today and are planning on having several employees do the spray tans, we were wondering how you go about compensating them for the spray.
Do you just pay them by the hour our do you pay them by the hour and $5 or $10 per spray? |

We have a Mystic booth and the staff get 3% commission on each one they process (about $1.00), plus their hourly wage. We also have a Norvell airbrush unit, and it is the same pay set-up (3% commission and hourly wage).
