The "frosted acryllic" number is the lowest in those graphs. Does it mean what I think it does?

I have two solarforce 652's (ETS) which have frosted acrylics. This generally is for aesthetic purposes, but I have have been told is does disperse the UV or block some percentage of UVB. We do have the odd client that feels they get less of a tan. I suppose this is just a new facet of the same old question...is hotter or brighter better?

Are you more likely or less likely to get a tan on a clear day, or a cloudy day? Can you get a tan when it is partly cloudy or partly sunny? Let your answers to these questions be your guide.
