Does any have a template or outline for a tanning salon "Operations Manual" that you could send me?
I don't need the nuts & bolts of how your business runs, just how the manual is structured. Tom WizardWarren@BellSouth.com |

Not Mark, but I did send those of you who requested a copy of my manual one via email. There is a lot more that can go in it for details, ie: restroom duties, stock checks, routine store cleaning etc etc, but it's a good place to start. Good Luck!
