Hi,not sure if this is the right forum for this or not,but I have a quick question. One of the salons in my area said they are the only salon in town certified for 30 min exposure times.Has anyone ever heard of this before?I thought 20 mins. was the max allowed by law. Thanks for your help!

Yes I have heard of the bed being recertified from the original manufactures specs. 30 min is pretty much a thing of the past , plus really does reduce the amount tanners per day in those beds.

Some places in Europe have very old beds that go for up to 45 minutes. Last spring while in Berlin I tanned in a so called High Pressure bed 45 minutes this salon was way behind. It was more of a spa type place. But other salons had brand new equipment that was modern that we would have here. But I noticed in Holland and Germany they have units that go that long. Did not tan very well.
