with the shampoo you wash your hair with it and upper body (can use the suds from your hair ... depending on how bad your spots are). it sounds silly but it really does work, i've had to use it also ... i get terrible splotchy skin. HATE IT! of course this won't be an instant fix, hang with it.

No, I am talking about sun, age spots i guess, on my forehead. I have the neutragina microderm, but have not used it yet.

You can use it for white spots or fungus...but brown spots, you do mean age spots right,,,,
NO it will not work on age spots.

If you have the brown 'age' spots, I would suggest a series of professional microderm treatments AND stop tanning your face. Use sunless products on your face to maintain the color. The over the counter products can be effective in maintaining the effects of your professional microderm treatments but generally are not a replacement for them.

Estee Lauder makes this stuff called Micro-D that I have used to good effect. However it takes about a month of twice a week use and usage must be maintained there after.
