need help with getting a tan

I need some help with getting a tan. I am pale as a sheet everywhere except places like my forearms, shins, and face. Everywhere else, I am pale. Could anyone please help me with tanning outdoors. I really do not like tanning beds or salons and I refuse to use those lotions/sprays. Please help. Thanks

You have come a site that promotes Smart tanning...and tanning outdoors is not part of it.
When tanning indoors you are tanning in a regulated environment. If you are going to do this outdoors you should always use an SPf...and maybe reading up on some Smart Tanning would be helpful.
Dr Holick has an interesting book out called "The UV Advantage" good info in it.

Eeeek! Indoor tanning is the smart choice. Controlled exposure times and professional advice. This is what we in the indoor tanning industry have been promoting for years!! You should also visit www.tanningtruth.com as well as www.smarttan.com.

OHHHH ya!!! You should definatly be tanning indoors. You WILL get burned very bad outside! Mark My Words! Please try a lotion called EMERGE by NuvoBronze! It will work great for your pale skin!
