I have several customers complaining about their shoulders not tanning. I have suggested they use the standup & it still hasn't worked. Any suggestions??

Lifting the arms up changes the position a bit and may help.

I have the same complaints. I really don't know either. I sugest the stand up too. It's a really hard area to get tanned.

We have shoulder tanners on two models of our beds. They work great, sell great, too!

Two things come to mind. If they tan with their arms above their heads the entire session, the shoulders won't get much exposure, so they need to alternate positions. Second, if you don't have shoulder tanners, it may be that they need to slide down farther in the bed, but this tends to make your feet not tan, so they would need to alternate positions each session. I've noticed that this second suggestion helps most for the people who are tanning in the shorter beds.
