Looking for your thoughts on my logos

Looking for your thoughts on my new logo. Please go to my corporate web site to see the new logos for TropXtan. I own the Tropxtan.com domain, I just haven't launched the web site.

So look at www.beachclubtan.com.

PS I will be selling "www.beachclubtan.com" once I launch the new site.

We can't make up our mind to go with the darker colors or brighter colors???

The bright logos....
torn between the blue and color
or the green...
Have to remember, blue is an color associated with being approachability....(I KNOW IT AINT A WORD)
and green I like any shade of green...being a FROG lady and all.

Bright, dark. IMO is not the issue, they lack originality. Again, no offence intended. Mine could use an overhaul too. They just seem to be so 1980's.

Ok, you may be right. I might be too 80's.... any thoughts? As I understand it the number one marketing color is Red, however a red X may make it look like a go-go bar or porn site. I would like to have a logo that draws attention, something that you can remember, yet still looks professional. Who ever though that this would take so much effort...

I think bright #1 is ok. Didn't reach out and slap me, but by far the best in both groups. JMHO. Good luck.

Bright Logo #3 jumped out!! I like it.

Dark logo number 1 tells the story best... but what if you try 1) make the green lettering red, leave the gray 2)make the trees and beach red and leave the lettering green/brown 3) make the lettering in the beach area bright red, leave the rest as is... red is an emotional color as well as the "winningest" color (athletes who wear red win more often than those that choose any other color!) I like the trees as the "X." What is the inside decor and set-up like?

We are finishing ours up as well, will post when we are closer- IT IS TIME COMSUMING and has been harder than I had anticipated. Good luck- thanks for sharing!
