Sorry, I read the question wrong the first time and had to delete my answer. However, asking what is the best is going to get you nothing but of opinions as to what is the best. You'll get some recommendations though. Carry on.

It's a matter of perspective: If it's too hot, you may not get return customers. If it is not powerful, you many not get return customers. So you need to look for a balance. Be careful.

I have no practical experience with HP units, but I have heard good things about Ultrabronz HP units.

The best advice is to go around a try different ones with your tanning buddies and get some feedback on what you and they like and don't like about a certain bed. Good Luck!
