I just bought a brand new Hex II (2 weeks ago) and am having the same problem. How can you not get tan in a brand new bed? Anyway International Tan is sending me some kind of reflector blocks to put in the bottom of the unit. They said that this has eliminated this problem at other salons. I do not know what the blocks are or what they look like at this point, but I sure hope they work.

hhhhhhhmmmmmm , be sure to give us the lowdown when the reflector comes in, please.
Splash most stand ups have the legs issue, but they should still be getting a nice tan in that unit. |
