That's like comparing apples and bananas in my opinion!
But, to answer the question, it really all depends on your budget. I get much better color from Promised, but it is a more expensive lotion. And I prefer Promise's scent over Brown Envy. It smells like spiced vanilla...not as sweet. Its one of my favorite accelerators and is very moisturizing. To be honest, I think AG finally came out with a winner on this one. As for Brown Envy, you can't beat if for the price. I noticed some decent color, and it's pretty moisturizing. The only drawback is the scent. It smells a lot like vanilla cake batter and is way too sweet for me! I used it twice and couldn't stomach it anymore. But, both of these lotions have been getting awesome reviews on iamtan. |

Hmmm...this might be a good time to ignore the ***. Given, neither lotion is top quality, but both are great lotions for the price. In general, you get what you pay for...but these are definitely the better of the lower priced lotions, IMO. Both are extremely popular on the tanner site.
