Bright, homey, friendly, personable, knowlegable, professional, cost friendly, no appointments, talkative, GOD fearing, kind of employees. People like just hang out and they feel at home.

I went to a HT the other day and the woman behind the counter had no clue on what her booths were let alone wattages/UV output etc...

LOL.... oh my gawd! Maybe you were lucky she knew what salon she was working in this week.....
