One of my employees was trying to make some of the seasonal employees inactive. While doing so, she accidentally made the employee, manager, inactive which held the security code for getting into the reports and things. Now, we cannot access any of these reports as the code has also been made inactive. Anybody got any ideas?

if you can access a copy of your raw data, then you can access all codes. an easier solution is to switch to Sunlync. it would take exactly 2 minutes to get the codes, even if they were deleted (nothing is ever really deleted unless you reformat your hard drive at least three times).
