I have recently just started a moblie airbrushing buisness and I need to get some consent forms and release forms made up, Tthis website has been so helpful to me , I am hoping I can get some ideas on this. Also , I had a pregnant lady want me to spray her, I told her that at the time I had no research on airbrushing pregnant ladys so I needed to research this more. Does anyone have ideas that could help me out.
Thank you, everyone on here is so informative.

Airbrushing is safe; it is made of cane sugar, and DHA. Though many salons do not require consent, I would suggest it. Standing up for such a long time can cause someone to faint. And if a woman is pregnant it could be even more hazardous. Just get her to sign a regular consent form, so you are not liable to any injury. And that should be fine.

The FDA has approved spray solution for topical application only. It is not deemed safe for coming in contact with the mucus membraines such as eyes, mouth and inhillation.

Only problem with spraying a pregnant person is that her hormones are changed, and much like our ladies who are more sensitive to the spray during the menstrual cycle any of the DHA solutions can result in a foul odor.... though I never notice any smell changes, the lady herself really notices.
For this reason, suggest you also carry a neutralizer (such as the one California Tans has.) Carry the can of neutralizer with you at any rate, you can let your customers know it is available and the costs. Good luck... you might also check out the May issue of Glamour magazine for a very tiny artical which discussed the best home fake-bakes on the market, and slammed DHA products - somewhere around page 75 or so.
