I agree with sarge stick with suncapsule they been around for ever. and I have had their eguipment for over 12 years they are work horse's

Suncapsule 8 minute Super Cyclone here...customers that use it love it! Never had any problems with Suncapsule, used to have the 9 minute until we upgraded 2 years ago. Have had Suncapsule in our salon for over 7 years! Can't go wrong...

Jacks, Did you buy this used..or was this there when you bought the salon? How long have you had this machine with your supervision? I would like to come try it out...and have you try the Bermuda and we can report back!

It was brand new when we got it almost 2 years ago, we were able to upgrade from the 9 minute. I have been working here for 6 1/2 years and have only owned the place since March 1st. PLease come try it! Like I said, everyone who uses it loves it!

I am thinking of doing another Suncapsule for my level one to use along with the Sundash 232 beds.

Suncapsule is condsidered a Level One unit? Sounds about right.

Hey! Our Supersonic is kicking a$$. Clients love it. Hence I was thinking of another vertical unit for the level one tanners but I guess I should just let them upgrade.

I bought 2 older Suncapsule 40 Bulb 12 minute units recently (believe it or not that is an upgrade for what I had) and I have only had positive comments. In addition the customer service that Suncapsule provided me even though I did not buy them from them was outstanding. The best experience with support I have ever had.

The only thing I don't like about suncapsule is the fact that they don't/won't sell you replacement panels to update the look of your machine if you should re-decorate your salon. They want you to buy a new machine to get the cool new graphics they offer.
Some aftermarket company should step up and offer them to salon owners.
