That was my experience too! When it comes down to value, operating the first time and consistantly say a lot! The support people are great too!

We originally purchased Salon Iris and it did nothing that was advertised and they would not take it back after we found out too late. Salon Iris was one of the biggest mistakes I made when we first opened. It is made for Hair salons, not tanning!
