Customer wants money back says tanning beds give u radiation

Customer came in this morning wanting her money back for minutes she purchased. Says her family who work in the health care profession told her that tanning in a tanning bed is like laying in the sun for 12 hours and that your getting radiation. I tried explaining that no your not getting radiated by the beds but she would not listen to me. I even got out the smart tan book and read some of it to her. Any ideas?????

Give her her $$ and send her packin' I had someone like this years ago an decided for the measly $$ it wasn't worth it.

I, too tried to educate her, but she just wouldn't listen so rather than the hassle, I decided to give it to her. Woman was CRAZY! This was during the big Anthrax scare in DC, I figure she is still duct taped in her apartment in Arlington at this very moment. Stupid b*tch!

most States require that a sign be posted in each room that warn of Ultraviolet Radiation and its dangers....
