HELP!!!

Here is the situation: i opened in august with only one competitor. now i have 4 and cant keep up. i need some ideas as to how to acquire more clients. please lend me some advice

Do your prices compare? How many beds do u have compared to the other salons ?

ADVERTISE cheapily...hand outs etc...
biggest tip.....worry about YOUR salon and what YOU provide, don't get distracted, by others. Keep only one eye on the others and what they are doing....
