I am opening my second salon and I use all Ultra Sun beds in my current salon. I really like the Ultra Suns but i've had some trouble with the new beds that i bought from them. I was looking at the new Sportarredo beds. The look really cool but I have no experience with them or know how well they tan. Does anyone have these beds or know about them?
Thanks
Dean

Better make sure there isnt a quality HP bed within 10 miles of your salon!

I don't buy your statement. If I got this HP bed I'd market it against the competition's top VHR or as a cheaper alternative to the competition's HP bed that's so overpriced that no one would ever want to try it.

Now, let's just say that a trip in a Matrix is $30-$40. This is Njoy can be sold $18-$25 which is MUCH more realistic. ALSO the power needed is within almost everyone's reach.

I'd put this thing up against any local jerk's machines.

I agree with Engfant. It wouldn't be as hard to market the Njoy sessions as it would a Matrix session. I could buy the Njoy for say $16,000 new rather then buy your used Matrix for $24,000. I'm sure that the Matrix is a nicer hp, but for $8000 less, I can try my market area to see if hp would work for me.

Parrot head I would strongly recommend you tan in this system before you buy. The history of there equipment has always been very underpowered and there new cutsy look will not make customers ... repeat users. There is a chain here in Michigan that probably bought this equipment cheap which is why they have it in the first place and we constantly here from the salon jumpers how unsatisfied they are with the results. I can only personally opinionate from the T-180 and T-200 units I had experience with and I could not wait to get rid of them. I was in no way attemting to beat up this unit in order to motivate anybody to buy a piece of equipment I currently have for sale..But I will guarantee you If i had 4 Njoy units in my store instead of 4 Matrix beds you minus well subtract at least $20,000 a month I do in business, I am surrounded by Ultrabronz 818's-950's...Sunsports...Chronos...Magic 636....All I was indicating was If you have the same competition this bed will not dominate these units let alone hang with them!

Agree. It DOES depend on your market, but I hold a "cheap" price on the Matrix at $30 walk-in and get it all day long (over others with older ultrabronze trying to get $40).

If you are suggesting a session on the N'Joy would be $18 then that $12 difference would eat up the $8000 in start-up cost pretty quickly (666 sessions).

Key is results. Make sure you TAN in both. In my opinion, like totaltan says, make sure you have something that is impressive enough in RESULTS that they will want to come back time after time after time....!

The older Sportarredo units are nothing like the newer generation. I have said before the N'Joy is not in the same league as the Matrix, Magic, or Chronos. They are all 360 HP units but when comparing to mattress units I believe the N'Joy provides as good of if not better than many of the higher cost units out there.

I have the N'Joy priced the same as the Ultrabronz Supernova I replaced....
1-$30
3-$59
5-$99
10-$179
20-$299
The only discount is the one time intro offer 3 for $49.99. No one has complained yet and we have signed up several new memberships on this since we got it in. My decision was based in part on price but also on electrical and a/c requirements. Many don't realize that when adding a $30k to $40k piece of equipment you mat also have to add thousands of dollars in electrical and a/c upgrades, if the electrical is available to add and in my case it was not. . If you have the money, a/c, electrical for 4 Matrix then I would add them if not the N'Joy is an option worth looking at.
