I'll have to dig out the Guidelines that the Canadian Feds tried to pass. The whole thing is rediculous when people can freely sit in their backyards and literally bake with baby oil all summer, but they feel the need to regulate professional indoor exposure?? While I do see some advantages, for the most part it is moronic.

Is it joke?
