I have a problem with my ETS bed timer. It is connected to a TMAX manager and when you set the bed for 20 minutes and hit start, it immediately drops down to 17 minutes. I had a customer swearing she was getting ripped off by lost minutes, and she even started taking a watch in with her. We finally caught it happening. I have called the ETS people several times and they tell me how to fix it, but it just starts doing it again over time. My other non-ETS equipment never does this. Has anyone else ever had this problem or can think of any reasonable explanation?1111

No, the customer hitting the start button on the bed, I have a few impatient ones who keep hitting it when the bed does not start in a nano second and it reduces the time at the bed 1 minute each time it is pushed.

it could be the fan delay i had a zx-41 that if you ran a back to back session you would have to wait for the fans to stop the cooldown, so if you hit the t-max (i use FST) it responded but the bed would not start until about 3 minutes(until cooldown was complete) so a 20 min session would be 17 min actual customer time
