I have some Sunquest & Sunvision Beds and would like to know if anyone that has the same could advise how to connect to Tmax by bypassing the Bed Timer.
We are continously telling customers to turn the bed timer to 20 minutes and push the start button on the wall timer. I have even attached instruction cards on the wall next to the Tmax, and we stil have customers saying their bed did not start and we have to tell them again to turn the timer on the bed to 20 minutes. I would greatly appreciate someone's assistance with this. |

i would take a look at the dial timer assembly and see how to by-pass it always "on" this timer is unimportant because you are turning the bed on and off with your t-max. this will eliminate the problem with customers having to turn the timer on also. I would contact an electrician to by-pass the timer, if necessary. this is very easy for any electrician.
