This T Max is driving me crazy...HELP!!!!

I am trying to set up my T Max and I am having trouble....I have tried going by the directions and I cant get it...
I feel like pitching this thing out the window....
I waited too late to call any of the help lines..
I want to run it manually. And Im stuck...

I cant get it programed. When I start by plugging it in and try to follow the instructions it doesnt do any of the things listed...(no I'm not blonde) LOL.. I went online and printed the info on how to set it up manually.
When I start the alarm goes off and #'s 1-8 appear. When I move to the next step it doesnt do anything..I have 1 sundome and 4 laydowns. Am I supposed to have a 3A to hook up in each room? The T Max is the only thing that came when I ordered.

I forgot to add. We have the daisy chains run correctly.

You do have a timer in each room don't you?

What kind of beds are your "laydowns"? Some have built in timers, others require 3A's in the room.

I think the problem was me... he took me thru the setup step by step and it wasnt as complicated as trying to read the instructions...
I think they need to rewrite the instructions in simple terms. I have a friend that writes
manuals for a hospital in Ohio and she simplifies the wording so the average person can understand it.
I love being able to control the timers on the beds. Some of my customers dont care for it. Before we hooked it up one of my tanning customers said that she got hot during her session and turned the bed off and then restarted it again. Nothing like tanning more than the maximum time...
I told one of my regulars that she would have a 2 minute delay before her bed kicked on. She came back downstairs and told me to give her 5 minutes so she could get her lotion on.. I gave her the 2 minute delay and she lived.....
