Changing font size

Several times recently as I have been reading or posting here the font size has abruptly changed. When I try to scroll up or down a page, the font size goes from miniscule to giant sized. Is it just me or is anyone else having this happen?

I had a code last week but it is better

I am thinking it is my computer at home since it hasn't done it at the salon. I didn't see red but I did see pink elephants!
