How should I deal with this?

Ok, here is the story...I have a yound girl (around 15, her mom & sister tan here too) that has come in for the past year. She just signed back up with her boyfriend so now they come in together. Last night one of my employees called to let me know that the past three times that they have come in "something" has been going on. The one that worked last night said that she caught her standing outside of the room her BF was in in her bra & panties. When she saw my employee she ran back to her room....but then she said that she went back there a few minutes later & they came out of the room together.
That is all I need is for her mom to find out something happened up here.
I told my employees when they come in to put one at the front & one in the back (they were in rooms right next to each other last night) but I don't know what else to do....any suggestions?

Talk to the girl and make sure it does not happen again. If it does then ask her and her BF to leave. You don't want to be known as the place to "do it" with they young kids.

You are right. I worry too much about embarassing people &/or hurting their feelings....

I just had a similar situation with ADULTS just 2 weeks ago, YES ADULTS! I gave them back there money and had to tell them to not come back. (there is more to the story, I will withold) TRASH! but of course teenagers would think of this...I agree with allseasonstan, talk to them, and yes put them on opposite sides of the place!

It is policy...only one person in the room at a time.. Confront them. Tell them that is unaceptable behavier and it will not be tolerated. I have had this happen a few times. Always confront them. I have knocked on the door before and told them someone needs to come out, only one person in a room at a time. They usually come out all embarresed and never try it again.

Definitly nip it in the bud!!! Don't worry about what they might say, just think of what could be said about your salon if any one found out!! It's either you or them.

Thats what I do, knock on the door until someone comes out and tell them only one person in the room period!!! I had a young girl who was dating an old geezer and he kept trying to follow her in the room to watch I guess. I went and knocked on the door and told them he had to come out. He acts like he's lost for the whole 12 minutes that she's in there. GOD ITS JUST 12 mins. Sit in your car and play with it or something haha. I hate when they come in here.

Maybe someone is putting lotion on someones back. We have a married couple, they put the lotion on each other in one room, they tan seperately.

We only allow 1 person in the room. I have several times knocked on a door and told someone they had to come out. I always blame it on the health department.
