A Place for Manufacturers and Distributors

I think it would be very helpful if TanTalk had a category where manufacturers and distributors would be welcome to post what new products are available and answer questions about those products. It would be a place where other members could go if they are interested in those topics.

I don't think that would really happen, but if they went in open forum and maybe had some kind of a one day thing, I bet they would get a lot of sales for that day with all of us

I was thinking more of a category called Manufacturers and Distributors. The manufacturers and distributors would be free to post their product information, specials they are running for members, etc. without fear that their posts will be censored or removed. If members choose to go into the category and the individual posts they can do so and if they don't want to see what's there, they don't have to. The way it's set up right now, if someone posts a question that I can answer, as a manufacturer of a similar product let's say, it's difficult to word the answer that doesn't sound like you are trying to sell something - and the result is the post gets removed.
We're all in this together, I'd love to hear everyone's opinion.

He (MIKE) use to have a section that listed the manufacture new stuff,dont think it did so well.
I noticed it wasnt on when he updated the site at the beginning of the year.
It posted manufactures items and new stuff.
