Hello. I have a 6 bed salon. 4 of the beds have T-max guts in them, and 2 of the beds have TanTime guts in them. I run everything to a T-Max Manager Pro, which is controlled by ADNet 2000.
Here is my problem. I keep getting a "COMMS RETRY 113" error message on ADNet. There is no set interval it does this. The beds work fine when it does this however. Sometimes however, my T-max manager pro will start making a terrible noise and all the lights go to red. I can't control anything at this point. I have to turn the t-max manager off, go flip breakers off and then back on, then restart the t-max. One time it even lost my bed number 3 and I had to rescan everything. We used to be a 4 bed salon with only the T-Max beds. We still got the "COMMS RETRY" message, but we don't recall the the T-max manager locking up. It seems it has only done this since we added the TanTime beds. Any ideas? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! |

I think you should call the distributor that sold you your beds and ask who handles tech support for your beds and tmax.
We sell ETS beds and they offer full customer support for tmax trouble. They only do that if you have their beds. Another good thing to do would be to call ADI Tech Support at 1-417-338-5101. They are the manufacturer. Hope that helps!!!! |

I have 4 ETS beds, and 2 Soltech beds. I call ETS, and they say it's Soltech's problem. I call Soltech, they say it's ETS's problem. I was hoping to find someone who already ran across this before. Thanks anyway!
